We The PeopleSince I was old enough to understand the role of a president and the implications of a strong central government on the society of the United States of America, I have held the firm belief that our country’s most acceptable president was Thomas Jefferson. Parking Lots -Scene The Last-    THIS IS THE END.  SCENE OPENS ON BACKROOM OF THE STORE WITH LARGE FILE BINS EMPTIED ONTO THE FLOOR. MANILA ENVELOPES ARE EVERYWHERE PRIVATE INFORMATION FILES ARE SCATTERED AND APPEAR TO BE DOSSIERS W/ HEADSHOTS OF PEOPLE. BEN IS STANDING OVER NAMELESS AND IS HOLDING A GUN NONCHALANTLY IN HIS LEFT HAND. HE IS LEANING AGAINST THE DOORWAY AND EYEING THE GIRL WITH A LOOK OF SATIATED HUNGER.  
BEN places the gun against NAMELESS’ head. SHE jumps, startled.   
 
 
BEN:Huh. You never were very calm. I missed you when you left- did you know that?

SqueezeMy hand squeezes tight and cramps  too tight...  too tight to even feel what it was I was groping for in the darkness anyway  so I leave...  do I leave and never come back?  Pain shoots through this cloudy moment of impure thoughtlessness  and I'm awake  for once.  Or twice.  My hand squeezes tight over my chest and cramps and I sleep...  for good.  Or bad.  My hand squeezes tight and I wait for the cramp with that sick moment of masochistic anticipation that excites me like nothing else...  but though it comes, it has changed and I fear with more sick thoughts of worry that i w Squeeze
